Thank God it is Monday! I need to jump-start my exercise and diet routine. Like always, traveling ruined everything I have done so far. It feels like I am starting anew and I ready. I am going to try to make it stick this time.
I HATE the fact that I gain 3 pounds back (it takes so much for me to lose them!) but that's it. I need to lose weight!!!
