Ok weighed in this morning Sunday Jan 19 and back on the road again. Fell off the wagon and GAINED 5 lbs Yuck. No way can I buy a new wardrobe with bigger sizes!
67.9 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
