I'm blessed in that at my heavy weights I'm still the skinny guy, hit a high of 193 last summer, with keto I dropped to a low of 167 which is a little too low...went back to eating the old way and in 3 months back to 185. Don't hate me, but I think I can drop 15 pounds in less than a month with keto. Ready, go.

I want to add something...I heard some nutrition Dr on the radio talking about the reasons your body does what it does is in large part due to the foods you give it. I'm no Dr or scientist but on my idgaf diet of 3000 calories with way too much carbs and sugar I have gas life a mf. On keto I have so little gas it's unsettling, even with the cruciferous veggies. lol
