Well I'm consistant. I have not been logging my food but doing pretty good at sticking to it. I've had a few bites of things I wouldn't have a couple months ago. Need to really watch that!
The fun news is that yeasterday I went shopping with my birthday money and almost every size 8 I tried on was too big and only one size 6 was too samll. I even tried on a size 4 and it fit! This is just crazy! I NEVER thought I would get into a 6 again let alone a 4. Love it! Totally motivation to keep it up! i can't wait until my life settles down and I can maybe work on it a little bit more. I won't be able to have a gym membership there but I'm thinking about getting an eliptical to take with us. I'll need something.
