I learned to not to take the scale very seriously. It can vary to much with water and salt intake. There is no way I lost 3 lbs in one day but ok.
119.7 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 55.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
