My first week on alli went quite successful. i never had any nasty side effects that you hear about. I think if you follow the plan, it wont be a problem. The thing is, i dont even eat a lot of fat. but the pills MAKE me watch what i eat for fear if i eat bad, I will experience alli's sude effects. if i was just watching what i eat without the pills, i guarantee i would have slipped up by now and binged on something. So I'm a fan! I'm slowly getting back into the healthy eating habit, now I need to start getting back into the workout habit!
