The weekend is upon us and it is my kryptonite. I always eat way to much on the weekends. I live in a very cold climate and there really isn't much to do except to cuddle up on the couch and watch the t.v.. We don't ski, we don't have a snowmobile, it's even to cold outside to take the pups for a walk. I can only clean the house so much and walk around the mall so many times. At least during the week I'm at work and moving and not to accessible to food. I'll just have to make sure there are healthy snacks and food in the house and if we go out for dinner I'll have to make sure I make healthy choices. Just found out my scale needed a new battery and I hope I really did lose the 2 lbs. hmmmmm
