I am stuck in the 180-185 lb range. Is it too many carbs? If I get stuck at 50 carbs and 500 calories per meal to lose the weight, how can I keep it off? :/ I have to pay more attention to my water intake and not forget to record my carbs and calories. I think I am having a lot more than I am entering.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
