Spent the day purging clothes. Ive been struggling with a sweet tooth so I got gummie bears to snack on instead of chocolate whatever I can get my hands on. I dont know that it was much better, but Im going with it. Big dinner last night, we cooked a turkey so Ill have protein for the week!
So Im 4 pounds higher than my lowest last year (I dont count my actual lowest because I was sick when I weighed in). Id like to see myself back to that point by the end of the month. I think thats a very reasonable goal. Of course, Id be happy to smash that goal and be lower, but I want to be realistic too. Ive been struggling so hard core.
