One pound lost isn't too bad for someone who wasn't really focused on losing weight for a week :) and a holiday weekend were I gorged myself out a little bit.

Not to be a fibber or anything, I was weighing in at 217 about two days ago, this morning 218, however, we went out for sushi last night and I know soy sauce makes me hold in a lot of water weight. Today, drinking plenty of water to get that back down.

So, today will be the first day I keep record of what I'm eating while at my normal day to day job. Lets see how that goes, shall we?

Also, in case anyone is wondering, in exercise, shopping is considered me working. It's the closest thing I could think of. I'm on my feet all day walking around and moving around. But it's not steady. Shopping you walk you stop and gauk. Figure its about the same.
