Please don't lose weight quickly. Do it slowly and steadily. This is the only healthy way.

ok if I have weight 130 with 5'11 height then what is your recommended diet ?? I'm also doing gym and strength training session 6 days a week.

I am not a nutritionist, but what I have done is to control diet and manage calories while at the same time, do exercise on daily basis. I am still following the same regimen.

zeeshan bahi 6 days a week workout ye nihayat ghalat hai....
dusri bat gym weight utta ne se ya dead lifting ap ka wo weight kam nahi ho ga jo ap ko dar kar hai....
pehle 130 kg weight se apne jism ko thorna ho ga aur thor ka phir ap ko body muscles pe kam karna ho ga.
isliye ap pehle carb aur fat ko side pe kar k ....gym only cardio karo laga tar ek ganta bss yani deit and cardio for 20 to 30 days.
main nahi apki body khud jawab de gi

wrong idea gym for weight gain..... weight gaining and muscles gaining that is two separate things.... now if u want weight gain u need to leave the gym.and if u want muscles buildup then you need to do your exercise with the proper deit and exercise
