The results of buying a new set of scales!! I had no idea my old scales were so far out. I have also moved them from the bathroom into a place where they wont get moved constantly and jumped on by the kids. Still its very depressing!! My new aim is to get back below 200lbs in time for the 'Florida experience' in 7 weeks 4 days time. So wish me luck.

98.4 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
