昨天21km以后今天明显感觉下肢水肿,肿胀
今天做完力量训练后做了体测
体脂下降,肌肉量上涨了
50.7 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
