Sabtu nimbang sempet naik hampir 2 kg..gegara makan nasi sedikit ..tp sabtu n minggu langsung eat clean..alhamdulillaah minggu turun kembali ke seblm 2 kg naik..dan hri ini senin turun lagi 1 kg...alhamdulillaah.. kayaknya untuk berat badan spt saya ga boleh makan nasi sedikit pun..efeknya langsung naik.
