(1) 晚饭前的snack不健康
(2) 晚饭吃的太多,太咸
(3) 晚饭后控制不住对水果和甜食的食欲
以下是对策:
(1) 吃 cottage cheese 作为 snack
(2) 喝水,控制量
(3) 只在总热量不超的前提下, 吃一份水果
