Yea! I dropped under 180! Of course just barely...if I breath in I'll be back over but I'll take it all the same!

81.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg. Still to go: 27.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 3.2 kg a Week
