Was sick with a virus all last week so I did not start my Wii Fit challenge at all (bearly even got out of bed for the first 3 days), drank a lot of Sierre Mist Natural and did not eat well at all.
Still have a sore throat but feeling better this week and ready to get back into the groove...Praying for strength and determination!!!
78.5 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

That sounds awful, I hope you are feeling better! Don't push yourself too soon. Make sure your body is fully recovered from being sick before you start your fitness routine.
