I hit a milestone today! I am now under 300 lbs!! Hooray! This is awesome! I have learned how important it really is to keep an eye on calories, and also portion control. I have also learned that if I want something that may be way off the diet plan, I can take a smaller portion. I still have to count the calories, but by not denying something I really want, it makes it easier for me to stay with the plan!
