@ ummu harun_ tips banyakin olahraga beban sama aku ikut OCD yang jeda makan 8 jam, makanya makan warteg sih cuma yg di pilih harus ada protein, sayur,buah, kalo misal sayur kangkung kuahnya ga di makan jd sayurnya rada kering gituh

@ayuantari2, aku olahraga di gym sih ka, jd macem2, 1 hari beban 1 hari cardio, kalo ga ke gym paling HIIT di rumah
