kalo aku malah kebalik, sebelum pake timbangan malah ngira2nya kebanyakan, pilih ukurannya yg cup, padahal 1 cup itu kan 250 gram.
pas ditimbang makanannya dgn bener2 detail, ehhh, cuma 100 gram

aku biasanya pake sendok kak, misalkan ambil satu sendok satu sendok.. jd kalau udh sering bisa lah kira2 100gr itu berapa sdm.. 😂
