Actually thought it would be less, but 8 days on vacation takes it's toll. It also doesn't help when you eat crap on travel day and finish it off with Chinese food and a Mai Tai.
76.2 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
