Healthy meals yesterday to include some “sloppy” joe. It’s been a few months in serving that entree.
I plan to burn a few more calories over the next few days to make room for my Turkey 🦃 Feast. And dessert 🧁
Started this morning with more Squats & Lunges, KB Farmers Carry, Sled Pulls & RB Bench Chest Press.
Results were over 700 Cals, which made room for a hardy breakfast 🥞!!
