Only lost .2 this past week which is somewhat disappointing but the upside is that it is a loss rather than a gain. On towards another week to make a difference!
94.2 kg Lost so far: 19.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
