No weigh in yesterday since I was out of town. I was super busy at the event I worked and also didnt log anything - that was weird. Today Ive had about 4 pounds of mini twix for breakfast. Doesnt bode well for tomorrows weight.
Kid woke up with hives covering her whole body. At this point, its almost one giant hive. Second time in her 11 years that this has happened. Just that extra stress that I needed to push me over the emotional eating edge. So, no more candy today. Ill try to remember what Ive had and log it, then moving on. On the positive side, I did hit the hotel gym Tuesday night for a good workout with their dumbbells. I felt it with each step yesterday!
