Sorry you're struggling. I eat a balanced diet, but I include lists of fruit and vegetables to stave off hunger.

Good for you weighing in!!! When I have been eating poorly or not exercising like I think I should I know how hard it is to get back on the scale. I’d rather just be ignorant than get on the scale. So don’t be discouraged by a gain. Be proud of yourself for facing it!!

Those snacks are the killer so many calories in them full of sugar

Hang in there! Find the wagon again and hop back on. That's what I'm currently attempting.

Find snacks that are low in sugar! Be sure to track those snacks as well! I snack on sugar free snack pack pudding(60 calories) or rice cakes(40 calories) with Pb2(50 calories) and sugar free preserves(10 calories). Just bc you’re cutting calories, doesn’t mean you have to stop enjoying food. Find something that you like and stick with it until you’re ready to change it up. And........ NO CHEAT MEALS! Trust me, those can negate all of your work for the week and put you in a caloric surplus for the week. Track everything and learn to enjoy it, but most importantly do not get down on yourself!

Thanks for encouragement. I am going to get some of those snack pack puddings. That will be my afternoon delight as I always seem to look for something then. Looking for a good week coming up.
