Tried to do my second day of my second week of my 5/2 fast on Tuesday 2-13 ate a piece of chicken at 9:00 pm missed it. Tried again 2-14 fasted all day made it. Will fast again 2-15 which will make second week a success. Can't wait for my weight in 2-17 expect to be down another 4 pounds.
