缓慢掉秤中,这两天饥饿感特别强,容易饿,不想动,可能是因为碳水,慢慢调节,现在总是挑热量低克数大的食材吃,开始改变,主食多样化,增强饱腹感。也不知道我这八九斤啥时候能掉,多希望它一夜就掉,又不希望掉太快影响健康,慢慢熬吧!
