Been taking it easy for a week and eating more, I am doing fasting with a 4 hour window from 4-8, and am surprised that I still lost a pound :D
92.7 kg Lost so far: 29.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
