The first time I weighed in was right before Personal Training session. I asked my trainer to reweigh me before the Team Weight Loss class (at Lifetime Fitness) and it showed a lower weight. SOOOOO of course, I am going with the lower weight. 2 more lbs to go till goal. Then it is time for me to think of a new goal!!!
