seminggu sekali nimbang, tapi turunnya cuma seupil wkwk gakpapa. dengan TB 155, emang susah buat turun klo bb nya 60an. paling dikit demi dikit. lama2 jadi bukit. progres 40 hari defkal udah turun 4 kg. lumayan:)
