Although I gained a bit, I was surprised that I'm as low as I am. 3 weeks in the bush hunting, away from all conveniences meant not the healthiest of eating. Starting a controlled eating pattern (except for Sat when I celebrate my 75th birthday with the kids planning something) so hope to see some better numbers in the next few weeks.
