I normally wait till Friday... however I went to Gold’s Gym today and did a body fat assessment. This was the first time I did it so they did it for free. No matter how good I am, I’m still off when I do the measurements .... but a good thing to be off about is my body fast... I’m down to 22%. The machine said I need to loose 19 fat pounds to get to 15% body fat. The general rule is 3500 calorie deficit equals 1 fat pound..... long story short keep working out and doing cardio....
