昨天在外,中午吃了4百香果+5瓣柚子+4个蛋白,一个韭菜馅饼,下午一根玉米,逛了半天街,感觉不饿,晚饭也没有吃,寻思今天能到54.结果失望挺大,所以今天早上疯了,230g无糖酸奶+200g香蕉+200g柚子+300g蒜蓉生菜+100洋葱,撑得不行,还有就是看看能不能治便秘,老感觉体重不降,这是主要元凶。
