I have been doing so well with intermittent fasting. I decided to try Keto also. I am going home to Alabama to visit my Mother. Who has encouraged me to lose weight but she has not been demanding or pushy. Not to mention I am moving close to reaching my goal of under 300lbs by the end of the year. So even though it is a bit ambitious I want to reach 300 by Thanksgiving.
I am very goal oriented. If I make a goal I dont quit till I get it done. So now I am doing Keto and fasting 16 hours every day. Since I have been keeping the weight off consistently. I have been able to wear my old belts again. Anyway I am doing the golden hours Keto. So 8 hours I get to eat everyday. Which for me just means a late breakfast around 10:30am then I dont eat after 6:30 pm. The crazy thing is I have not really started to work out on a regular basis. I am excited about my future. My blood pressure is good. I have more energy. And the other thing I recognized that I needed to get my sleep. As I have a job that requires me to get up at 3:00am every day.
