bahagia banget, sarapan pake oatmeal campur susu ultra lowfat yg coklat, trs maksi sama makan malamnya bebas, sebelum tidur kaki disenderin tembok 5 menit, rutin dilakukan 3 hari perut jadi kecil, kaki tambah ramping dan bb turun 1 kg
