Well I HATE putting in this number but I know that it has been part of my problem in the past by not weighing in when I go up. I expected this. I haven't eaten anything really bad but just my portion control and probably too many veggies, avacato, cucumber.......It was my husband b-day party this weekend. And my sons on monday. I did not have any cake! I wanted some but did not partake. I also have not been able to get tp the gym since last Thursday. So I am back on track today. I am going out of town for two days so I need to plan well today.
62.3 kg Lost so far: 8.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
