I did so poorly over the past week. I'm in a slump and need to pull out of it. I'm thinking of changing up my exercise routine so I have something new to look forward to in the morning. This is a temporary setback, not a permanent gain.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.8 kg a Week

That's okay. We all have bad spells here & there. Just remember that you're doing a great job and have made tremendous progress overall. Make your workouts & eating enjoyable so it doesn't get boring. Changing up things is a great idea to put that spark back in. You're still a winner in my book buddy. Keep it up.
