Frustrated because yesterday I cancelled a procedure for Monday. I had to be at or under a specific BMI and I didn't think I'd get there by then (required losing 8#). Well as of this morning I've only got 2 to go. And it's too late to get the appt back 😢
160.8 kg Lost so far: 20.0 kg.    Still to go: 59.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
