riwayat hipertensi, sudah coba berbagai diet dan berbagai obat diet, tapi puasa senin kamis, defkal dan ocd yg ampuh..target 58 tp tetep pgn makan enak..
61.4 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
