I'm trying, I really am. I'm going to keep going, if nothing else this keeps me from bingeing & drinking iced tea all day like I used to! This has got to change, & I'm stubborn, so I will keep at it!

Green tea sounds delicious, I've been downing water like crazy. But I usually have one flavored beverage a day if I still can calorie wise. Might have to get some green tea for later!
Long haul it is then! I'm determined this time. If I can quit smoking 6 yrs ago, I can do this! Glad I'm gonna have company on the journey! Thanks 💙💞
