Wow 😳 I’m pleasantly surprised, however still too close. I do however want to stop stressing about the scale as I have started eating even less carb, pretty difficult I must add, but I am doing this for a few reasons, the top two being my Asthma that has slowly been starting to flare up again and also to become leaner as I up my weights workouts... let’s see what the end of week one will look like...🤞
