Hey Star! You may want to consider writing your calories on your up days for just a couple of days so you have an idea of how many caloriesyou are running on those days. Then you may have an idea of how much is too much. It's totally up to you! Obviously you understand what you are trying to do a lot better than I do. This diet totally make sense to me, though because it may constantly keep your metabolism up. I have heard that your body shouldn't get in a rut with the same amound of calories for too long.
