Ok so I really need to take a break from strict dieting. Right now I think I will try alternate day dieting with some personal rules in mind.
I plan to eat whatever I want within these guidelines:
On my up days: * I will not count calories. * I will only eat one thing at a time. * I will only eat when I am hungry, but plan to get in my full RDI of calories.. * I will not eat unless I am truly hungry, not just "empty". * When I am hungry, I will measure out the portion size listed on the label. * When I eat I will sit down to eat and enjoy every bite of my food without guilt. * If I still feel hungry I will wait 15 times minutes before eating anything else. * I will try to eat healthy but if I am desiring some particular food I will eat the food that I desire in the recommended portion size listed on the label.
On my down days: * I will eat less than 500 calories. * I plan to follow HCG Simeons phase 2 protocol eating.
