Don't know what has happened with the weight gain. I ran in the Lance Armstrong race yesterday. I guess I might have been extra hungry? Or it might be mhy . coming up. Who knows. Not the end of the world though. It will come back off. It may also be sodium.
57.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
