LoneStarGirl's Journal, 15 Aug 10

Yestetday was easier with less hunger. I was going over my carb count a bit but managed to lose weight. It's the end of my eating for the day today. I'm finishing day 3. I did very well. I wasn't hungry. The hardest part of this is making sure I have enough carbs left for the dinner meal. I'll get better about planning my meals so I'll know. Sometimes I want to snack but don't know where I'm at with my carbs and find that after dinner I'm at my limit so... no after dinner snacks. :(

Don't sweat being over by 1.99 in net carbs. You're not meant to hit exactly 20 net carbs each and every day in Induction. Just try to aim for that 20 net carb marker, being sure you're getting adequate protein for your height, 12-15 net carbs in foundation veggies, and water, water, water. It takes awhile to get things all sorted out - you're off to a very nice start!
