Today I am restarting my medifast program, I lost my mom at the end of September and went completely off track. I don't want to use any excuses anymore and just get back on track and finally get the rest of the weight off, I have about 65 lbs to go to reach my goal, I'm excited to be back!
90.4 kg Lost so far: 29.8 kg.    Still to go: 31.5 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
