Well I went up by 4 lbs. within the last 7 days. Not sure why. I tried to make up my over caloric intake with exercise each day that I went over. I'm wondering if I might be building muscle? That would explain why I gained the 4 lbs.

Are you sure that you didn't miss something. In all honesty you shouldn't have gained 4 lbs. of muscle in 7 days, so there may have been some food that snuck in, or maybe the exercise was a little overestimated. Sometimes the site is higher in calorie burn on the exercises than you actually burn. I hope you get it figured out. Maybe it's just water retention or something. Good luck!!
