Well.....holidays proved to be a disaster.....weight wise...up 4 lbs....could have been worse but back on track now....stay focused....use food log every day!!! Portion control and watch the calories and to a lesser extent carbs too! (No sugar and no white flour)!!!
128.4 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 51.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
