Baru aja ngitung bmr n tdee.
Bmr : 1300 kal
Tdee : 2000 kal

Di coba minggu ini cuting 500kal perhari,,smingu lg dilihat bs turun brp kilo , n lingkar susut brp centi ya...
59.8 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

kalau aq pagi sarapan telur 1 ayam 2 biji ama buah apel hijau, siang nasi merah satu kepal , daging ayam / ikan ama sayur, sore minum slim n fit kalbe buat ganti makan malam..n minum air putih minimal 2 liter sehari . dr tgl 15 juli sampai hari ini 5 Agustus dr berat awal 53.9kg sekarang udah 48.9kg 😁.
