kalau aq pagi sarapan telur 1 ayam 2 biji ama buah apel hijau, siang nasi merah satu kepal , daging ayam / ikan ama sayur, sore minum slim n fit kalbe buat ganti makan malam..n minum air putih minimal 2 liter sehari . dr tgl 15 juli sampai hari ini 5 Agustus dr berat awal 53.9kg sekarang udah 48.9kg 😁.
