I'm kicking myself. In 2017 I lost 20kg and was down to 78kg. But I slowly relapsed to my old habits and gained it all back and more. Last week I found myself on 102.3kg, and said enough is enough. I'm embarking on a low carb diet (under 100g carbs a day) and mixing it up with intermittent fasting.
